Bedrooms:
There are two bedrooms in the B&B with en-suite shower facilities - one twin (on the ground floor) and one double on the first floor. They are both warm and very well appointed.

Guest rooms:
The guest lounge overlooks both the river and the garden and is warmed by an open fire on chilly evenings. It is very comfortably furnished and has an excellent selection of books and magazines for guests to browse through. The conservatory, which makes the most of our magnificent views, serves as the breakfast / dining room. Breakfast can be enjoyed watching the river meandering by and in the evening guests can relax as they dine by candlelight.

We have an outside decking area perfect for drinking in the views and watching the wildlife - otters, pine martens, ducks, herons, woodpeckers, a wide range of other birds and bats in the evenings. You're also welcome to walk through our wood alongside the river (suitable footwear very advisable) and even fish for a trout or two...

Our food:
Our food is all freshly prepared, home cooked and organic and our wide range of breakfast preserves are made with fruit from our garden. Much of our food is locally produced, but we also source our fresh meats and fish from other regions - eg: Dover Sole freshly caught off the Essex coast and flown up on the same day and fresh wild salmon from the River Dee (North Wales). We also serve Scottish Organic hill lamb, Scottish beef and venison. When in season, we serve our own organically grown vegetables, otherwise we source them as locally as possible.

For dinner we serve a freshly prepared, home cooked, four course meal, made only from organic produce. Dinners are available for guests staying for 3 or more nights and must be booked in advance. Please note that we don't serve dinner on Saturday nights. Guests are welcome to bring their own wine - no corkage charge. The cost for dinner is £25 per person.
